Do you resize products?

Most items are available for sizing however some items cannot due to
gemstones or the design of the piece. Its best to contact us before purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally! we currently have a flat rate of ÂŁ35 per item shipped internationally.

Can i return custom orders?

Unfortunately we cannot return custom orders, but the warranty is still in effect for the full 2 years.

Can bespoke items be reproduced?

Once they’re gone, they’re gone! but we can certainly look at making you a similar design.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy currently allows you to return any item you dont like within 14 days of recieving provided it is unworn and in pristine condition. You will recieve a refund minus the shipping costs back to us. The item must be sent back fully insured and pre-paid. Any items returned that are not in original condition will be denied a refund, sent back to the customer and will be subject to shipping costs.

What are bespoke items exactly?

Bespoke items are any items that are made just for you. It could be an item we had no intention of stocking or a custom design made by your custom request.

Can i exchange if im outside of the return period?

Of course! you have 30 days after purchasing to either exchange for another item of the same value or greater, or a shopping voucher for the total amount.All jewellery must still be either unworn or in pristine condition.

Do you gift wrap?

We do offer a gift wrapping service if requested before purchasing for free. If you require a personal message we will hand write the message and seal stamp the parcel. No prices or invoices will be included and no additional charges will be made for the service.
